Baby Massage is a valuable life-skill that helps new parents to bond with baby and learn to read their needs. It is pleasurable and relaxing for both carer and baby.

Studies show that Baby Massage may be beneficial for Premature Babies. They learn positive touch and can gain weight faster.  It may also be beneficial for Mums with Post Natal Illness and Dads.

Anyone can learn Baby Massage and our 5 week course is suitable for Babies from 6 weeks – crawling. Our classes are fun, relaxed and you learn at your own pace. They also include some multi-sensory play, songs and musical instruments. I offer one-to-one tuition during social time to ensure that you are confident with the strokes you have learned in class.

A Manual and Bottle of Massage Oil are included for you to practice at home and I am always at the end of the phone if you get stuck and need some help! 

All you will need to bring to class is a ‘special’ towel that you will continue to use for massage – your baby will learn very quickly to associate the towel with massage time.

The Cost of the 5 week Baby Massage and Play Course is £40.00 and booking your place is essential. I will require a £10.00 deposit to secure your place and the balance must be paid at your first class.

Colic Relief Private Tuition

If you have a colicy baby we are able to offer a one off session to teach our colic routine in the comfort of your own home at a time to suit you. You do not need any previous massage experience and our routine is suitable from birth. It can be a very liberating experience as you will be doing something to help your baby rather than feeling helpless - I know this from personal experience!

Cost: £15.00 (refundable if you book a full course)

Private Tuition

We also offer the complete Massage and Play  Course to individuals, or groups, in the comfort of your own home at a time to suit you. Suitable from Birth.

Cost: £50.00 (Discounts for group bookings)

Introduction to Baby Massage

Are you a new Mum, interested in Baby Massage who would like to find out more before booking a course? Are you a Mum-To-Be who would like to be able to massage your new Baby from birth? We offer a 1 hour introductory session where you will learn some basic techniques -  no baby necessary, we have a doll for you to practice on.
