Baby Stretch and Play:
These baby classes include songs and rhymes, sensory play, massage and yoga inspired movement and last 45 minutes (30 mins activity plus 15 mins social time). A gentle workout for Baby and Mum so wear loose clothing and no skirts!
Classes are suitable from 6 weeks to walking.
Toddler Stretch and Play:
A natural progression as babies start to become more active. Suitable from walking to 3 years.
Kids Stretch and Play:
This is a mix of yoga and sensory play classes suitable for 3 - 5 year olds.
During each class we take a fun trip to the zoo (or occasionally to the seaside, into space or the park etc) where we sing songs, play with sensory equipment, play games, use our imagination, do fun yoga poses and finally relax. Encourages young children to exercise, relax and increase self confidence.
